Health and Wellness
Medical Check-up
Google provides free medical check-up annual basis.
Life Insurance
2 times annual salary payable in the event of natural death or 80% disability.
Accident, Dismemberment & Death Insurance
2 times annual salary payable in the event of accidental death. It will also cover your medical expense exceeding KRW 5,000.
Business Travel Accident (BTA) insurance
If you get sick while on business travel, Google will cover you worldwide under the ACE plan.
Maternity and Paternity Benefits
Maternity leave: 100% of annual base salary for up to 90 days.
Paternity leave: Up to 2 weeks leave at 100% of annual base salary.
Food subsidy:
New parents receive KRW 500,000 to order food at home after the birth of a child.
Other Leaves
Annual Leave: Google offers 3 weeks of paid annual leave from the first year of service.
Congratulatory & Condolence Leave: In case you have major family events such as wedding, funerals, or 60th/70th birthday of your parents or grandparents, Google will grant you special leaves with allowances.
Sick Leave: Google will grant sick leave up to 7 days a year in case you are sick and can not come to work.
