- the length of said nozzle is arranged so that said cyclonic jet is reflected at least once before discharging into said container.
- the length of said nozzle is defined as a function of the number of reflections desired from the cyclonic jet, this number of reflections being determined from the size of the foam bubbles desired.
- said passage in the side wall of the generator arranged to generate said cyclonic jet has a longitudinal axis substantially parallel to the axis of said circular central opening.
- said passage in the side wall of the generator arranged to generate said cyclonic jet has a longitudinal axis forming an acute angle with the axis of said circular central opening.

- the bottom of the support of the pouch to be infused is made of an elastic material deformable under the pressure applied to said pouch during infusion.
- FIG. 1 is a sectional view showing a preferred embodiment of the device according to the invention
- FIG. 2 is a perspective view, partially cut away, representing the device of FIG. 1
- FIG. 3 is a partial view in section of the device according to the invention
- FIG. 4 is a partial top view of the device according to the invention as shown in FIG. 1, and Figures 5 to 7 illustrate different embodiments of the cyclonic jet generator of the device according to the invention.
- This device 10 essentially comprises a support 11 arranged to carry a pouch 12 made of two sheets of a material permeable to water, welded around their periphery and containing a substance to be infused or dissolved, such as coffee powder, tea, milk powder, chocolate powder or solution, soup or the like.
- This support 11 is made of an elastic material and its bottom 13 has a thickness such that it can deform under the action of a minimum pressure substantially equal to 0.5 bar and return to its initial shape when this pressure does not is no longer applied.
- a cover 14 is placed on the support 11, tightened against the edge 15 of said support by means of an annular seal 16.
- said pocket 12 is enclosed within a closed communicating space with a pressurized water inlet 17 arranged in the center of the cover 14 and with a collector 18 arranged to recover the infusion or the solution after the water has passed through the pouch 12.
- the collector 18 is integral with the support 11 and constitutes the part central of this support. This collector could be a separate room and fulfill the same functions.
- the manifold 18 is provided with a set of holes 19, for example arranged in a circle, as shown in FIG. 4, where the number of holes is six, regularly arranged around the center of the support 11.
- the device 10 also comprises a generator 20 of at least one cyclonic jet of liquid, illustrated in more detail in FIGS. 3 and 4, and making it possible to obtain a drink having a frothy appearance.
- This generator 20 is interposed between said collector 18 of the infusion or the solution and means 21 for pouring this infusion or this solution into a container (not shown).
- These means essentially consist of a nozzle 22 of cylindrical shape which is integral with an element 23 carrying the support 11 and centered relative to the latter.
- the generator 20 includes a substantially cylindrical central cavity 24 in the bottom of which is formed a circular central opening 25 which emits a jet of the infusion or of the prepared solution having substantially a cone shape whose opening is between 60 and 150 degrees and around 120 degrees. This jet is reflected by the side wall of the nozzle 22 and finally flows through the outlet orifice 26 of this nozzle directly towards the container intended to receive the drink.
- the support 11 of the pocket 12 has in its center a central core 30 which is partially engaged in the central cavity 24 of the generator 20.
- the holes 19 of the manifold 18 are arranged in a circle around this central core and allow the flow of the infusion or solution to a space 31 ( Figure 3) delimited by the annular upper surface of the generator 20.
- the generator 20 further comprises at least one lateral groove 32 defining a passage of the liquid in its side wall, whose axis longitudinal may be parallel to the axis of the circular central opening 25 or may form an acute angle with said axis. In the preferred embodiment illustrated more particularly in FIG.
- the generator 20 has two lateral grooves 32 opening into two channels 33, substantially parallel to a diameter of the central cavity of the generator 20, formed in the bottom of said generator and bringing the infusion or solution in a space 34 for forming the cyclonic jet disposed between the bottom of said central cavity 24 and said central core 30 partially engaged in this cavity.
- the two channels 33 are offset and respectively direct the corresponding jets towards the opposite walls so as to put the liquid in rotation and thus cause a cyclonic jet.
- the turbulence of these jets causes a friction mixture of the infusion or the solution with air and generates a foam which will deposit on the surface in the receiving container.
- Figures 5, 6 and 7 show alternative embodiments of the cyclonic jet generator 20 respectively in perspective, in cross section and in top view.
- the generator 20 represented by FIG. 5 has a single lateral groove 50 which opens into a single channel 51 for bringing the infusion or the solution into the central cavity 52 of the generator, this channel being oriented along a radius of said cavity.
- the jet of this infusion or this solution breaks on the side wall opposite the entrance to the channel 51 and forms a reflected jet which generates a vortex or cyclonic jet where the infusion or the solution is charged with air in the form of bubbles of very small dimensions which create a frothy mixture which will be evacuated through the central opening 25 opening into the nozzle of the means for pouring the beverage into a container.
- the generator 20 has three channels 61 cooperating with three lateral grooves 60 formed in the side wall of the cavity 62 of the generator 20.
- the jets of this infusion or this solution are reflected on the opposite side walls and generate a vortex or cyclonic jet where the infusion or solution is charged with air in the form of bubbles of very small dimensions which creates a frothy mixture which will be evacuated through the central opening 25.
- FIG. 7 illustrates an alternative embodiment in which the generator 20 has only two lateral grooves 70 disposed at each of the ends with a diameter of the central cavity 71.
- the bottom of this cavity is formed by an annular surface defining a large central opening 24.
- This annular surface is provided with two small diametrically opposite grooves 72 located at the outlet of the lateral grooves 70 in said annular surface.
- the jets arrive simultaneously at high speed face to face and thus generate a frothy liquid which flows directly into the container, without reflections on the inner wall of the nozzle of the discharge means, that is to say -to say without dirtying this wall.
- a cyclonic jet is formed which generates foam. This effect is supplemented in the embodiments illustrated in FIGS.
- the length of said nozzle is defined as a function of the number of reflections cyclonic jet, this number of reflections being determined from the size of the foam bubbles desired.
- the cyclonic jet emerging from the central opening 25 loses its power in this nozzle and results in a moderate flow in power and in amplitude, in particular with a reduced opening angle at the level of the container such as for example a cup or a cup. .
