I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase. I'd been following this artist for months. The ONLY problem I had was trying to decide WHICH painting I wanted most on my limited budget. Through the decision making process Sheila provided information & choices to make it happen. She explained that the painting I chose still needed one more coat of sealant & explained the drying time needed before shipping it. Her shipping cost was very reasonable considering the size of the painting & the distance it had to travel. When I opened the package, I truly got tears in my eyes. The online photo of the painting was gorgeous but the actual painting was just magical. Thank you, Sheila, for going above & beyond to bring this art treasure into my home. To those who ask would I purchase another painting from this seller? ABSOLUTELY!!!!!

My experience was horrible. I chose this seller because of what looked like good work and the shipping time, which was very important. I paid close to $20 for shipping and the total cost of the painting was close to $200. It took exactly ONE month to receive my painting. The conversation with the seller was very unprofessional and was told that she would pay me to not leave a review. I don’t like that I wasn’t notified that 10 day shipping would turn to 30 days and all I was told to be patient and it wasn’t her fault; wether that’s true or not is not my concern. I paid for good customer service, if empathy was provided then it would have been easier to wait. My overall experience was horrendous, first and last time using Etsy.
