Look who earned IStation honors at Boys and Girls Club

Skylar Cox, a kindergarten graduate at Cheston Elementary School, was one of the June 2017 winners for the IStation program at the Boys and Girls Club of Easton. She had an 82 percent attendance rate for the month of June and participated 9 out of 11 days in the program.

Jahsiel Brown-Carter, a soon-to-be 5th grader at Cheston, was another June winner for the IStation program. He is reading 21/2 years ahead of his current grade level (performing at a 7th-grade level). He had the highest ratio of grade to grade equivalence out of all participants.

Christian Sarmiento who will be entering 6th grade at Paxinosa Elementary School, was the third June winner for the IStation program. He is reading 2 years ahead of his current grade level and had the second highest ratio of grade to grade equivalence out of all participants.

During the month of June, 84 youth members of the BGCE took part in the IStation program.
