"Can someone get me a cuff height for a size 10? I am comparing them to my VO2 max 100's."

"The back of the cuff measures about 6.5" from the frame. The side measures about 7.5" from the frame."

"How long will a 100mm/80Dur. wheel last, rotating twice so far in a year? I skate 30 to 80 minutes outside almost everyday.Don't know if I'm losing speed from mushy wheels..."

"As there are many, many variables involved in wheel longevity we cannot give you a definite amount of time or distance these wheels should last. The best way to tell how much wear you have on your wheels is to look at the profile of the wheel for drastically uneven wear or noticeable loss of material. And since wheels slowly degrade over time, losing performance and speed little by little, it is ultimately a personal decision how much performance you are willing to sacrifice to increase longevity."
