Fox chews off party goer's ear as he sleeps on park bench

A REVELLER was left needing plastic surgery after a fox tore off his ear as he slept on a park bench.

The 25-year-old party-goer was one of a dozen villagers targeted by the animal during a 48-hour rampage.

He had nodded off on a bench after a drinking session to be awoken by a 'searing' pain.

"The fox was tugging my ear," he said.

"It hurt like mad.''

Passers by chased the creature away as the victim, who did not want to be named, went to hospital.

"It's in a bad way,'' he said.

"I'm going to have to have plastic surgery to rebuild it.
