Everton boss David Moyes says Tim Cahill's bravery in the air has made him a major threat on goal.
The Australia international scored two headers against Aston Villa in the week to take his tally to seven in the Premier League.
It appears to be his trademark now and has contributed largely towards the Toffees' success this season.
And Moyes has heaped praise on Cahill's aerial achievements ahead of the weekend clash with Blackburn.
Brave
"It has been his trademark that he can get goals with headers and find space in the box," said the Toffees boss.
"It is not just his great leap. He is brave as well. If you are brave then you have a chance.
"You want to attack the ball and go and head it and he does that. Good players make it difficult for you to jump against them."
Moyes believes Cahill has incredible all-round ability and has labelled him as one of the best players he has managed.
"He is actually very good with his feet as well. He has tended to get us 10-plus goals a season," he added.
"I've had some good players and Tim is certainly up with the best.
Progress
"Everton has been good for Tim as well and helped him progress. He has certainly earned the status he has here."
The Toffees still have an outside chance of qualifying for the Europa League but Moyes concedes that their early campaign has done them no favours.
He said: "If we win every game, who knows, we may have a chance. I do know the lads are putting in a great effort.
"The damage was done in September and October when we thought our chance of making Europe had gone. We are now in a strong position compared to then."
